Job Description

We are looking for a Business Analyst to support platform and orchestration capabilities within a telecom environment. This role focuses on low-code platforms, workflow orchestration, policy management, and access control, ensuring scalable and compliant platform operations. Responsibilities: Work with stakeholders to gather and document business and platform requirements, translating them into functional specifications Analyze and support platform components, including orchestration flows, policies, and catalog management Act as a bridge between business, product, and engineering teams, ensuring alignment and clear communication Support workflow orchestration and low-code platform configurations Assist in defining and maintaining RBAC (role-based access control) models and policies Contribute to policy definition and decision layer logic Ensure solutions comply with regional and regulatory requirements Evaluate and improve platform usability and UX patterns Participate in project planning, tracking, and delivery support Develop test plans, coordinate UAT, and validate platform functionality Prepare and maintain documentation (requirements, workflows, policies, reports, post-implementation reviews) Qualifications 3+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Hands-on or conceptual experience with low-code / no-code platforms and workflow configuration Understanding of policy engines and decision-making frameworks Basic knowledge of RBAC design and access management models Experience or familiarity with workflow orchestration concepts and tools Understanding of compliance frameworks and regulatory requirements (regional/global) Awareness of UX patterns and user-centric design principles Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to translate business needs into functional specifications Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders Experience working in Agile or Waterfall environments Additional Information
