DevOps & Cloud Mastery: Proven expertise in leading DevOps transformations and managing cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), with a deep understanding of containerization, orchestration, and release management. Security Expertise: Strong background in Application Security (AppSec), including experience with threat modeling, secure coding standards, and managing security audits in a regulated environment. Agile Leadership: Deep, practical experience with Scrum, SAFe, or similar Agile scaling frameworks, with a proven ability to partner with Product leadership during annual planning and quarterly Product Increment (PI) planning cycles. Strategic Vision: Ability to translate complex business requirements into a cohesive technical strategy that balances feature delivery with long-term architectural health. Team Development: Proven experience in recruiting, mentoring, and motivating engineering leaders and individual contributors to achieve high performance and retention. Collaboration: Strong communication skills to effectively bridge the gap between technical engineering teams and non-technical business stakeholders.
