HR Business Partner

Rozmova/Clearly is a mental health platform that makes therapy more accessible, affordable, and effective. We are the mental health platform in Ukraine, rapidly expanding across other European markets. Our mission is to break down barriers to therapy and build the mental health product of the future and now we are looking for an experienced, open minded HR Manager. About you: 2+ years of experience in HR & Recruiting, ideally in product companies. Strong understanding of the employee life cycle and the ability to implement best practices at each stage. Proven experience leading performance review processes and supporting career growth initiatives. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a track record of building trusted relationships across all levels. Problem-solving mindset and proactive approach to resolving employee-related challenges. Analytical thinking and the ability to derive insights from HR metrics and feedback. Key Responsibilities: Manage the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding Lead and coordinate onboarding processes for new hires and their managers Facilitate structured offboarding processes, ensuring compliance and a positive employee experience Partner with Deel to manage international hiring, contracts, and compliance matters Design, run, and analyze eNPS surveys on a regular basis Organize and facilitate company-wide All Hands meetings Lead and continuously improve the performance review process Support managers in maintaining strong employee engagement practices (e.g., recognition of birthdays and work anniversaries) Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation in PeopleForce Organize and coordinate learning and development initiatives (e.g., English classes and other training programs) Prepare and present HR metrics and insights to the Head of Operations and the management team What we offer An opportunity to work on a health tech product that improves people’s mental well-being worldwide; Flexible schedule and full remote work — no strict location requirements; A team of passionate professionals who love what they do and foster an open, supportive atmosphere where every idea is heard and creativity is encouraged; Fully remote work with an option to visit our cozy office in Kyiv; Competitive compensation, based on your qualifications and experience; Paid time off — 33 days per year (including public holidays); Paid sick leave — 10 working days per year; Budget for learning and development; Paid mental health leave (5 working days per year).
