Job Summary
As an Inbound Energy Customer Care Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients, resolving issues, and promoting our products and services. Key Responsibilities
As an Inbound Energy Customer Care Specialist, your duties will include:
- Answering phone calls from customers in a professional and courteous manner, responding to their inquiries and complaints, and resolving issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Focusing on customer retention and satisfaction, ensuring that our customers feel valued and supported.
- Providing customers with information about our service standards, policies, and procedures.
- Identifying and escalating priority issues to high-level management, ensuring that our customers receive the attention they need.
- Routing inbound calls to the appropriate resources, ensuring that our customers receive the support they require.
- Following up on complicated customer calls, ensuring that issues are resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
- Completing call notes and call reports as necessary, updating them in our CRM system.
- Obtaining and evaluating all relevant data to properly handle and document complaints and inquiries.
- Recording details of comments, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken.
- Performing other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A High School Diploma or equivalent
- Bilingual skills (a plus)
- Some sales and customer service experience
- Excellent communication skills, including verbal and written communication with proper grammar
- Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Some experience with MS Excel (a plus)
- The ability to react effectively and calmly in escalated situations
