Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our team at arenaflex. As a Business Analyst, you'll be responsible for eliciting and documenting business requirements from stakeholders, attending requirements workshops, creating test plans and test cases, and organizing and maintaining the team backlog. Key Responsibilities
* Elicit and document business requirements from stakeholders, including user stories that are well-formed, traceable, and testable with defined acceptance criteria
- Attend requirements workshops to communicate and discuss documented business requirements
- Create test plans and test cases to ensure that business requirements are met
- Organize and maintain the team backlog to ensure that all tasks and projects are prioritized and tracked effectively
- Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals and deliver high-quality results
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in business analysis, preferably in an IT or software development environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders and team members
- Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques, such as Agile methodologies and Scrum frameworks
Preferred Qualifications
* Previous experience in sales or customer service, with a strong understanding of business operations and customer needs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate with team members
- Experience with Agile methodologies and Scrum frameworks, including SAFe Scrum Master 6.0 Certification
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
