As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in facilitating the production process of accurate documentation provided to our process servers teams. This is a full-time, remote opportunity located in Puerto Rico, and we're looking for talented individuals who are eager to join our team and contribute to our success.

Job Overview

As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for reviewing and confirming work entered into our systems, solving issues, and escalating as needed. This is a critical role that requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results. You'll work closely with our process servers teams to ensure that accurate documentation is provided, and you'll participate in ongoing training to expand your knowledge of the industry and our processes.

Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Reviewing and filing legal documents using internal systems and email
  • Participating in ongoing training to expand your knowledge of the industry and process
  • Investigating discrepancies as they arise
  • Completing additional projects as assigned
  • Collaborating with our process servers teams to ensure accurate documentation is provided

Qualifications

We're looking for talented individuals who have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results. While experience is not necessary, data entry experience is a plus. Here are the qualifications we're looking for:

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Desire and ability to be a team player
  • Experience and basic proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Type 40-50 plus WPM
