Job Responsibilities:
As a Proofreader & Customer Representative Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for reviewing and editing a wide range of creative content across various media and industries. Your attention to detail and expertise in proofreading will ensure that our content is error-free, engaging, and consistent with our brand voice. Your responsibilities will include:
Proofreading Written and Digital Work Product:
Review and edit written materials, such as marketing materials, internal documents, emails, press releases, and website text, to ensure accuracy, grammar, punctuation, syntax, usage, consistency, and brand voice.
Crosschecking References and Data:
Verify the accuracy of all referenced facts, dates, pages, values, and double-check cross-referenced materials, such as websites, newspapers, and source and reference logs.
Reviewing Output for Consistency:
Ensure that content is consistent with company-wide work, campaigns, products, or brand guidelines.
Collaborating with Team Members:
Attend team meetings, provide constructive editorial input, and communicate with team members to effectuate consistent, accurate, and high-quality work product.
Improving Editing Processes:
Suggest process improvements and evaluate and recommend changes to create efficiencies in our editing processes.
