Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in providing exceptional customer experiences through inbound phone calls. You'll be the face of arenaflex, handling customer inquiries, troubleshooting, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. This is not a call center job; it's an opportunity to work with a dynamic team that's passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Essential Functions

* Obtain and maintain your Property and Casualty License

  • Work independently, take initiative, and work with minimal supervision
  • Maintain regular and timely attendance
  • Ability to make decisions, problem solve, and hold to an ethical standard
  • Ability to manage individual stress and composure
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

* High School Diploma

  • Designated space and internet capability to work from home
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Extensive Microsoft Office or G-Suite experience
  • 2 years of customer service experience
