Key Responsibilities

As a Technical Program Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for leading complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating with designers and engineers to address the global fleet of External Server farms (3PDC)
• Working with cross-functional partners to understand business needs, design, and execute end-to-end analysis, including data collection, analysis, ongoing benchmarking, and presentations
• Planning and automating metrics, iteratively building and prototyping dashboards to provide insights at scale
• Driving process improvement through data analysis, envisioning, and making business recommendations based on 3PDC data, identifying, and following up on opportunities to move forward

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Four years of experience in program management, with a focus on technical program management
• Three years of experience leading cross-functional or cross-organizational projects
• Experience in financial reporting and analysis, using accounting sheets and managing data collections using SQL
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications would be highly desirable:

• Three years of experience leading large, cross-functional projects spanning a diverse range of partners, both technical and non-technical
• Three years of experience in technical program/project management roles
• Experience identifying, communicating, and collaborating with partners within one or more teams to drive impact and work towards shared goals
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
