Our community is not an add-on, it’s a core part of the product experience, shaping engagement, retention, and brand identity in real time. What we’re looking for We’re looking to engage a Senior Community Executive to own and grow Duelbits’ community presence across Discord and the broader crypto and gaming ecosystem. This is a hands-on, always-on role for someone who doesn’t just manage communities, but actively participates in them. You’ll be responsible for building energy, driving engagement, and turning players into long-term community members. You will operate across multiple platforms, Discord, Reddit, Telegram, Bitcointalk, X Spaces, and forums, ensuring Duelbits is present, relevant, and culturally aligned wherever the conversation happens. What you’ll be doing Community Growth & Engagement Own and grow Duelbits’ Discord server as the central community hub. Engage across external platforms (Reddit, Bitcointalk, Telegram, X Spaces, forums) to expand reach and bring users into the ecosystem. Support onboarding journeys from social channels into active community participation. Identify and amplify user-generated content and community moments. Activations, Events & Culture Plan and execute community activations: tournaments, prediction challenges, AMAs, Q&As, giveaways, and live events. Develop creative, culturally relevant community initiatives that drive participation. Collaborate with creators, streamers, and partners to deliver co-branded community moments. Stay close to trends across crypto, sports, gaming, and internet culture. Moderation & Community Health Moderate discussions across platforms, maintaining a safe, engaging, and on-brand environment. Build and manage a network of moderators, ensuring consistency and quality. Surface community feedback, sentiment, and product insights to internal teams. Handle escalations and sensitive situations with strong judgement and communication. Insights & Optimisation Track community performance metrics: engagement, growth, participation, and sentiment. Provide regular insights on community behaviour and engagement trends. Use data and feedback to refine activations, content, and engagement strategies. What you bring Core Capability 2+ years’ experience in community management within crypto, iGaming, Web3, or gaming environments. Strong understanding of Discord (server structure, roles, bots, engagement mechanics). Active presence across crypto and gaming communities (Reddit, Telegram, X, forums). Strong understanding of internet culture, meme language, and community dynamics. Excellent written communication, adaptable, culturally fluent, and fast. Experience running community activations and events. Ability to manage multiple platforms and conversations simultaneously. Comfortable working autonomously in a remote, fast-paced environment. Advantageous Experience Experience building or scaling communities within crypto or iGaming. Familiarity with casino, sportsbook, or prediction market ecosystems. Experience with community tools (Discord bots, moderation tools, analytics platforms). Understanding of how community supports acquisition, retention, and brand growth.
