Scheduling Coordinator (Home Care) – Remote Immediate Hire | Full-Time Opportunity Flexible Schedule + 1 Weekend Day Required Hours: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM Earn $45,000.00 annually + Benefits Apply today—interviews are happening this week! Affirmed Home Care, a NYC based private pay concierge home care agency, is growing rapidly and looking for an experienced Scheduling Coordinator to support our operations across NY, NJ, and CT. This is a great opportunity to join a high-impact, fast-paced team where your work directly supports patient care. Ideal candidates will have experience in home care, healthcare staffing, or caregiver coordination and enjoy working in a dynamic environment. Primary Responsibilities
- Oversee scheduling for HHAs, CNAs, LPNs, and RNs in a fast-paced home care environment
- Keep all cases fully staffed and running smoothly each day
- Respond quickly to call-outs and last-minute staffing needs
- Pair the right caregivers with the right clients
- Stay in constant communication with caregivers, clients, and your team
- Keep schedules accurate and up to date in scheduling systems
Qualifications (Required Skills & Experience)
- 1–2+ years of experience in home care, healthcare staffing, or scheduling coordination, preferred
- Hands-on experience scheduling caregivers (HHA, CNA, LPN, RN), preferred
- Excellent multitasking and problem-solving skills with strong communication
- Comfortable using scheduling systems (AlayaCare is a big plus!)
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Ability to stay organized and perform under pressure in a fast-paced setting
Requirements
- High School Diploma required
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including one weekend day (hours: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM)
