Job Title: Senior DevOps Engineer (Aws Lambda + Aws Connect - AWS Lex + DevOps Automation) Experience: 7+ Years Location: Remote Shift Timing: US Eastern Time Employment Type: Contract to Hire (C2H) Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Senior DevOps Engineer with strong expertise in AWS Connect and DevOps automation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing scalable cloud infrastructure while driving automation, CI/CD excellence, and operational efficiency across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and manage AWS-based infrastructure with a focus on scalability, security, and reliability
  • Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for seamless application deployment and release management
  • Automate infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation
  • Manage and optimize AWS Connect environments, including integrations, workflows, and configurations
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability of applications
  • Implement logging, monitoring, and alerting solutions using tools like CloudWatch, ELK, or similar
  • Collaborate with development and QA teams to streamline build, release, and deployment processes
  • Ensure compliance with security best practices and organizational standards
  • Continuously evaluate and improve DevOps processes, tools, and frameworks

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in DevOps or cloud engineering roles
  • Strong hands-on experience with AWS services, especially AWS Connect
  • Proficiency in DevOps automation tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI/CD
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform preferred, CloudFormation acceptable)
  • Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, or similar
  • Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools such as Kubernetes (preferred)
  • Good understanding of networking, security, and cloud architecture principles
  • Experience in monitoring and logging tools (CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, etc.)

Nice to Have

  • AWS certifications (Solutions Architect, DevOps Engineer, or equivalent)
  • Experience in contact center solutions and integrations with AWS Connect
  • Exposure to microservices architecture and API integrations
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
