Utilize strong system administration skills to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues. Monitor and analyze system performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions. Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand and meet their infrastructure needs. Keep up-to-date with the latest technology advancements and trends to continually enhance the infrastructure. Communicate with clients and colleagues in both English and Japanese to provide technical support and updates. Develop and implement infrastructure best practices and standards to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. Conduct regular system audits and perform necessary updates and maintenance. Work closely with other team members to ensure seamless integration of new technologies and systems. Proactively identify potential risks and implement solutions to prevent downtime. Document all infrastructure changes and updates for future reference. Provide training and support to clients on new systems and technologies. Adhere to security protocols and ensure compliance with industry regulations. Collaborate with vendors and service providers to maintain and optimize infrastructure. Continuously monitor and improve system performance to meet or exceed client expectations. Participate in on-call rotations and respond to urgent technical issues in a timely manner. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of infrastructure configurations and procedures. Contribute to the development and implementation of disaster recovery and business continuity plans. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute infrastructure upgrades and migrations.
