Senior Cybersecurity Analyst – Strategic Financial Analyst
Job Description:
- The Senior Cybersecurity Analyst (Strategic Financial Specialist) supports and drives the long‑term financial strategy for the Cybersecurity organization.
- Partner with Cybersecurity leadership and cross‑functional technology teams to align budget planning, investment decisions, and cost optimization efforts with enterprise priorities.
- Provide advanced financial modeling and scenario analysis to inform executive decision‑making.
- Serve as a key escalation point for operational financial matters.
- Help ensure cybersecurity investments deliver measurable business value.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience leading or supporting annual budget planning and multi‑year financial roadmaps within a technology or cybersecurity environment
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, including scenario (“what‑if”) analysis to support strategic decision‑making
- Experience analyzing both labor and non‑labor expenses, including headcount planning, vendor spend, and technology investments
- Proven ability to partner effectively with Architecture, Engineering, Operations, and leadership teams
- Ability to translate complex financial and technical information into clear, executive‑ready insights
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders
- Proficiency with financial analysis tools (e.g., Excel, financial models, dashboards, or equivalent)
- Must be eighteen years of age or older.
