We are looking for a Senior Recruiter to join our team and play a key role in sourcing, engaging, and placing elite talent at top health and wellness companies. You will work closely with our internal team to identify high-caliber talent and foster strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
Responsibilities
- Source, engage, and manage relationships with top-tier talent in the health, fitness, and wellness sectors.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
- Utilize various sourcing techniques, including networking, referrals, direct outreach, and industry-specific platforms, to attract high-quality candidates.
- Conduct initial screenings, assess candidate qualifications, and coordinate interview processes.
- Provide a seamless and high-touch experience for both candidates and clients.
- Stay up to date with industry trends to identify and engage with emerging talent.
Requirements
