CPA Tax Preparer & Advisor

Capital Tax is seeking an experienced CPA Tax Preparer & Advisor to join our dynamic, fast-growing team. This is a full-time, fully remote position offering the opportunity to be the voice of the firm, representing our expertise to a sophisticated client base. We’re looking for a tax professional with exceptional technical knowledge and the confidence to communicate complex strategies with clarity and impact. Qualified candidates must have prior experience leading client meetings and demonstrating exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills. Ideal backgrounds include facilitating professional webinars, teaching CPE courses, or delivering presentations at tax industry conferences—showcasing the ability to address complex questions from discerning audiences in high-stakes environments. Candidates holding a Certified Tax Coach (CTC) designation,Tax Planning Certified Professional (TPCP) credential, or licensed tax attorney status are strongly encouraged to apply, as these qualifications provide valuable strategic insight in the areas of wealth management and estate planning. QUALIFICATIONS

• CPA License
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business from a four year college required.
• Five years of relevant professional experience required.
• Stellar client-facing skills and experience required.
• Strong people skills to manage client accounts and get along with our friendly team.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform client-facing tax presentations
• Review tax returns for individuals and businesses
• Perform tax projections and planning
• Respond to client and tax authority inquiries

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $100,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year Benefits:
