Litigation Paralegal and Research Specialist
Alden Kinsley is expanding our regional presence and seeking experienced litigation paralegals. We are looking for a sharp, experienced paralegal who thrives on research and can manage complex litigation workflows. You should be comfortable using AI powered legal research platforms like Thomson Reuters CoCounsel and Anthropic Claude, not as a shortcut, but as a force multiplier for deeper, more thorough work. This is substantive legal work that directly supports case strategy.
- Paralegal certificate or equivalent experience in a litigation practice
- Strong legal research skills including Westlaw, LexisNexis, and court records
- Proficiency with AI powered research platforms (Thomson Reuters CoCounsel, Anthropic Claude, or similar)
- Excellent analytical and critical thinking abilities
- Strong writing skills that are clear, precise, and well organized
- Project management skills with the ability to track deadlines, manage multiple matters, and prioritize independently
- Comfortable learning new technology quickly
- Experience with document review, case chronologies, and deposition preparation
