Insurance Sales Agent, P&C (Remote, Nevada)
We are an Online Agency and are looking for a fun driven, highly motivated and ambitious people to join us on our journey. This is a scripted sales role, fast paced, outbound lead dialing, competitive base salary, generous commission structure. What are we looking for?
- Expert in making outbound calls
- Comfortable with high call volumes
- Comfortable with using a script
- Diligent record keeping of lead progression and outcomes in Salesforce CRM system
- Fast & Efficient - Our business insurance quoting engine gives you an advantage over the competition - You will be able to quote, sell and issue a policy in as little as 10 minutes.
- Responsible- You will be expected to actively manage your leads pipeline, by making outbound calls, scheduling callbacks and recording notes.
- Quick learner & Open Minded – Our insurance Carriers change and update guidelines for their products throughout, so we change and adapt with them through training/coaching/Feedback.

What is the required experience?
- High School Degree or equivalent required, College Education Preferred
- Property and Casualty Insurance License is a must
- Sales experience
- Call center environment experience
- Cold calling / outbound dialing experience
