- *Role Responsibilities
- Develop, review, and refine prompts and scoring rubrics that mirror real-world U.S. individual tax scenarios.
- Create accurate and diverse tax test cases covering complex, multi-state, and unique taxpayer situations.
- Apply deep U.S. individual tax expertise to structure realistic AI training and assessment workflows.
- Continuously update scenarios based on IRS guidelines and federal, state, and local tax law changes.
- Collaborate asynchronously with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy, clarity, and authenticity.
- Provide detailed, constructive feedback to improve AI-driven tax assessment quality.
- Ensure all content aligns with current tax codes, compliance standards, and best practices.
- *Requirements
- Active U.S.
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and/or Enrolled Agent (EA) credential.
- Strong experience preparing U.S. individual tax returns.
- Expertise in Form 1040 and supporting documents such as W-2, 1099, and related schedules.
- Practical knowledge of state and local tax filings and jurisdiction-specific rules.
- Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
- Clear, effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to interpret and apply tax laws to complex and unfamiliar scenarios.
