Responsibilities

What you will do...

  • Apply engineering principles & analytical techniques to establish and continuously improve manufacturing processes and products.
  • Conduct FA analysis. Implement interim and permanent corrective actions to resolve quality issues using 8D tool, 6 panel and other available tools.
  • Identify sources of variation within a production environment effectively and efficiently.
  • Internal audit of leadership base: batch production line status audit, internal inspection before PPAP on-site audit, and annual audit.
  • Conduct PPAP on-site audits, after start of production.
  • Establish and maintain a good relationship of mutual trust with customer, maintain good communication with customer.
  • Regularly hold quality meetings, report project quality status.
  • Responsible for change management throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

You will have...

  • Education: High School Diploma.
  • Experience: Experience in manufacturing engineering.
  • Demonstrated experience in creating and implementing processes in a manufacturing environment.
  • Proven problem-solving ability.
  • Previous production supervision.
  • Microsoft Office knowledge (Word/Excel/Outlook).
  • Experience working with IATF16949.
  • Successful candidate must be able to demonstrate leadership in One FORD (leadership) behaviors combined with outstanding interpersonal, team building, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a rapidly changing work environment
