Responsibilities

• Run in-home and virtual consultations with homeowners
• Close residential solar, battery, roofing, and electrical upgrade opportunities
• Present financing options and overcome objections with confidence
• Work company-provided leads and self-generated opportunities
• Educate homeowners on savings, energy independence, and long-term value
• Build strong customer relationships and referral opportunities
• Collaborate with operations to ensure smooth project execution
• Help drive expansion across Florida and Ohio markets

Qualifications

• Proven in-home sales closing experience (solar preferred)
• Strong objection-handling and communication skills
• Confidence presenting financing and closing high-ticket deals
• Self-motivated, competitive, and results-driven mindset
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
• Solar, roofing, or home services experience strongly preferred
