We’re looking for a high-performance sales closer to help qualified therapists take the next step into our coaching programs. This role is for someone who:

• Takes pride in helping people make confident, aligned decisions
• Understands that great sales is service
• Wants to be rewarded directly for performance

You’ll be speaking with motivated, educated prospects who already believe in investing in themselves... not cold leads or price shoppers. This is not a call-center role. This is not hourly. This is for experienced closers who know how to guide prospects to confident decisions and get paid based on results. • High-ticket coaching / education offers
• Warm, pre-qualified inbound leads (no cold calling)
• Decision-maker prospects (licensed therapists)

Compensation

• 10% CC
• Additional performance-based bonuses
• Realistic OTE once trained on offer: $10K–$25K/month

There is no cap on earnings. What Success Looks Like

• Confidently running 1-call closes via Zoom
• Following a proven sales framework (no winging it)
• Consistently hitting and exceeding close-rate targets
• Maintaining clean CRM notes and pipeline hygiene
• Completing EOD reports and tracking sheets
• Sending Loom videos/following up with leads in downtime

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year closing experience (coaching offer preferred)
• Must have invested in yourself with training programs
• Comfortable selling high ticket prices
• Strong discovery and objection-handling skills
• Clear, confident communication
• Reliable internet and quiet home workspace
• Must be located outside of California
