Analytics Consultant Location: United States Employment Type: Full-time Role Description We are seeking a strategic and data-driven Analytics Consultant to help clients and internal stakeholders solve business challenges through insights, reporting, and analytical solutions. This role is responsible for interpreting complex data, identifying opportunities, and delivering actionable recommendations that improve performance, efficiency, and growth. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical expertise, business acumen, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze operational, financial, customer, and market data to identify trends and opportunities
- Develop dashboards, reports, and KPI scorecards for stakeholders
- Translate business needs into analytical frameworks and practical solutions
- Deliver strategic recommendations based on data findings
- Collaborate with clients, executives, and cross-functional teams
- Conduct forecasting, benchmarking, scenario modeling, and market analysis
- Present insights and recommendations clearly to leadership teams
- Support implementation of analytics-driven strategies and process improvements
- Ensure data integrity, consistency, and reporting accuracy
Qualifications
Must-have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in analytics, consulting, business intelligence, or strategy roles
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills
- Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker)
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment
Preferred:
- Experience in consulting firms or client-facing environments
- Knowledge of Python or R for advanced analytics
- Experience with forecasting, modeling, and KPI development
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Industry experience in healthcare, finance, retail, or technology sectors
