The Role

As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, answering their requests through phone, chat, and/or email. You'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer support and resolving queries in a timely and professional manner
  • Utilizing a variety of tools to navigate, research, and review solutions
  • Communicating effectively with customers to ensure their needs are met
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide seamless support
  • Embracing change and adapting to new processes and technologies

Key Responsibilities:

* Answer customer inquiries via phone, chat, and/or email

  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Utilize arenaflex's customer service software and tools to navigate and resolve customer queries
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide seamless support
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and knowledge
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred

  • 1+ year of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

  • Familiarity with customer service software and tools
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
