Job Summary

As a Live Chat Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing timely and effective customer support via live chat, email, and electronic message boards. You'll work closely with our chat supervisor to resolve complex customer queries and ensure a seamless shopping and support experience. Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer messages and queries via live chat, email, and electronic message boards

  • Provide timely and effective customer support, ensuring a seamless shopping and support experience
  • Collaborate with our chat supervisor to resolve complex customer queries
  • Utilize comprehensive training to handle customer interactions and common questions
  • Work independently, following instructions carefully and maintaining a high level of productivity
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction, ensuring that customers feel valued and supported

Daily Tasks

* Log into the arenaflex chat application and respond to customer messages in a timely and effective manner

  • Assist customers with product selection and troubleshooting, providing clear and concise solutions
  • Collaborate with our chat supervisor to resolve complex customer queries and escalate issues as needed
  • Utilize comprehensive training to handle customer interactions and common questions
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback

Training and Support

* Comprehensive training will be provided to ensure you're well-equipped to handle customer interactions and common questions

  • A chat supervisor will be available to assist with any complex customer queries and provide guidance and support as needed
  • Ongoing training and development opportunities will be available to help you grow and develop in your role

Specifications

* Contract Length: Open-ended with no fixed term

  • Rate: $35 per hour
  • Requirements:

+ Access to a device capable of handling social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop) + Ability to work independently, follow instructions carefully, and maintain a high level of productivity + Reliable internet connectivity

  • Hours: Flexible, ranging from 5 to 40 hours per week
  • Location: Remote, with a preference for candidates in the United States

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and maintain a high level of productivity
  • Reliable internet connectivity and access to a device capable of handling social media and website chat functions
  • Ability to follow instructions carefully and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback
