Job Summary

We are seeking experienced customer service representatives to join our team and provide exceptional support to our customers. As an arenaflex Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing solutions. You will also have the opportunity to assist customers with product recommendations and purchases, update customer accounts and information in our system, and collaborate with team members to improve processes and procedures.

Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner

  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to customers
  • Assist customers with product recommendations and purchases
  • Update customer accounts and information in our system
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction goals
  • Collaborate with team members to improve processes and procedures
  • Provide feedback to management on customer trends and issues
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on arenaflex products and services

Requirements

* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking
  • Knowledge of arenaflex products and services (training provided)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High-speed internet connection and reliable computer equipment
  • Minimum of 1 year customer service experience
  • Flexible schedule availability (including evenings and weekends)

Educational Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent

  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required

Experience

* Minimum of 1 year customer service experience

  • Experience working in a call center or customer-facing role
  • Experience with arenaflex products and services (training provided)
