Job Summary We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Specialist to join our team on a full-time or part-time basis. As a Customer Service Specialist, you'll be the primary point of contact for our customers, handling a wide range of inbound and outbound calls, including new sales and service-related calls. Your primary goal will be to deliver exceptional customer service, quality, efficiency, and accuracy in all aspects of your work.
