As a Full Stack Product Manager, you'll play a critical role in driving the development and execution of our conversational AI and live chat support capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Product Manager, you'll be responsible for leading the development and execution of our conversational AI and live chat support capabilities. This will involve:

Leading the development of new product features and enhancements

, working closely with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.

Defining and prioritizing product requirements

, using data and customer feedback to inform product decisions and drive business growth.

Collaborating with engineers, data scientists, and product designers

to develop and refine our conversational AI and live chat support capabilities.

Leading client testing and post-launch sustainment analysis

, identifying areas for improvement and driving changes to enhance the customer experience.

Analyzing execution metrics

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

A bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or a related field

4+ years of experience in product management

, with a focus on conversational AI and live chat support.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and collaboration skills
