Job Responsibilities
As an Experienced Business Analyst, you'll play a critical role in driving business growth and success by:
- Eliciting and documenting business requirements from stakeholders, ensuring that they are well-formed, traceable, and testable with defined acceptance criteria
- Attending requirements workshops to communicate and discuss documented business requirements, fostering effective collaboration and understanding among team members
- Creating test plans and test cases to ensure that our products and services meet the highest standards of quality and excellence
- Organizing and maintaining the team backlog, ensuring that our priorities are aligned with business objectives and goals

- No prior programming knowledge is required, but a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus, but not required
