Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in supporting our members' drug plans and providing them with the necessary solutions to facilitate their treatment. You'll be the first point of contact for our members, answering their questions about health insurance, drug coverage, and prescriptions. Your exceptional communication skills, empathy, and problem-solving abilities will make a real difference in the lives of our members.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide high-quality customer service to millions of plan members through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels

  • Answer questions about health insurance, drug coverage, and prescriptions, and provide solutions to facilitate treatment
  • Work collaboratively with our team to resolve complex issues and provide exceptional customer experiences
  • Develop a deep understanding of our healthcare services and products to provide accurate information and support to our members
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge

Qualifications

* 1 year of customer interaction experience in a call center, retail, customer service, hospitality industry, or military setting

  • Computer experience with Windows-based applications
  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience
  • Ability to solve problems in a positive and constructive manner
  • Excellent customer service skills, including telephone communication and professionalism
  • Patience and understanding, with the ability to convey trust and confidence
  • Reliability and compliance with certain standards

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a healthcare setting or with healthcare-related products and services

  • Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and compliance
  • Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
