Job Responsibilities:

As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for:

• Handling high-volume customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate and timely responses to customer queries
• Performing data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency, utilizing arenaflex's proprietary systems and software
• Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA guidelines when handling patient and medication information
• Investigating and resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve customer satisfaction
• Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
• Meeting or exceeding performance metrics and quality standards

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required

• Basic computer skills, including operating a computer, using a mouse, starting and closing programs, switching between programs, saving files, printing reports, and accessing data online
• Basic web search skills, including opening a browser, typing URLs, using a search engine, bookmarking a website, navigating using back/forward/stop buttons, and completing online forms
• Middle-level keyboarding skills, including typing at least 25 words per minute, typing by memory, and organizing reports
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• 18 years or older

Preferred Qualifications:

* At least 1 year of experience as a pharmacy technician in a retail or call center environment

• Possession of a pharmacy technician certification or registration by the state as granted by the State Board for Pharmacy or a widely recognized certification agency
• Experience providing customer service to internal and external customers, including meeting quality standards and assessing customer satisfaction
• Advanced keyboarding skills, including typing at least 35 words per minute, typing by memory, and designing reports
• Familiarity with Spanish and English
