Job Summary

We're looking for an experienced Customer Support Executive who can provide exceptional customer service, interact with clients, and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for handling international calls, working with computer programs and telephone systems, and learning about our products and services to effectively communicate with prospects.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Executive at arenaflex, you'll be expected to:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Interact with clients, understanding their needs, and providing solutions to meet their requirements
  • Work with computer programs, such as CRM software, and telephone systems to manage customer interactions
  • Learn about our products and services, including digital marketing and analytics solutions, to effectively communicate with prospects
  • Make reports on each call, providing valuable insights into customer interactions and feedback
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our solutions, including WordPress and PHP platforms, to provide expert advice and support to clients
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to meet sales targets
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to continuously improve customer support and service delivery

Requirements

To succeed as a Customer Support Executive at arenaflex, you'll need:

  • Any graduate degree (Bachelor's or Master's) in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or communications
  • A minimum of 3+ years of experience in international calling, customer service, or a related field
  • Excellent knowledge of English, both written and spoken
  • Good knowledge of relevant computer programs, such as CRM software, and telephone systems
  • Ability to learn about products and services, including digital marketing and analytics solutions, to effectively communicate with prospects
  • Outstanding negotiation skills, with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints in a professional and timely manner
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines
