Job Title: High-Performance Coach & Nutritionist (Remote 1099 Contractor) Company: Iron Compound Inc. Job Type: Contract / 1099 Job Summary Iron Compound Inc. is a premium physical optimization and health coordination platform. We do not sell generic PDF workout plans, and we do not operate a standard gym floor. We engineer absolute metabolic and physical transformations for high-ticket, executive clientele nationwide. We are seeking a highly driven, elite High-Performance Coach & Nutritionist to take over remote roster management for our top-tier clients. As an Independent Contractor, you will operate 100% remotely within our custom mobile app environment. You will bridge the gap between heavy compound physical training, precise nutritional tracking, and clinical synergy for clients utilizing advanced therapies (such as HRT or Peptides) through our medical partners. This is not a role for a casual trainer; this is for a high-level operator who demands execution and accountability. Duties & Execution Standards
- Protocol Execution: Design and manage custom 90-day physical training protocols, advancing clients through our proprietary Tier system based on compliance data.
- Nutritional Management: Assign, monitor, and adjust daily macronutrient targets, hydration minimums, and supplement tracking based on client biometrics and goals.
- Clinical Synergy: Design physical protocols that maximize the results of clients utilizing clinical peptide and hormone therapies (Note: You will not provide medical advice; all clinical prescriptions are handled exclusively by our partner physicians).
- Strict SLA Communication: Respond to all client communications, check-ins, and inquiries during standard business hours via our custom app ecosystem.
- Data Analysis: Review client exercise form videos (e.g., heavy lifts, conditioning circuits) and provide precise biomechanical feedback within 24 hours of submission.
- Absolute Accountability: Drive daily compliance, monitor wearable data, and hold high-net-worth clients to the highest possible standard of execution.
Qualifications
- Credentials: Active NASM-CPT (or equivalent elite-level credential) AND an active Nutritional Coaching certification.
- Experience: Proven experience in high-ticket health coaching, metabolic optimization, and advanced hypertrophy/strength programming.
- Platform Proficiency: Deep familiarity with remote coaching platforms and wearable data integration.
- Clinical Understanding: A strong foundational understanding of how advanced interventions (TRT, GLP-1s, Peptides) impact physical performance and recovery (no prescribing experience necessary, but physiological understanding is required).
- Mindset: Relentless work ethic, elite written communication skills, and the ability to command respect from executives and high-performers.
- Legal: Willingness to sign a strict NDA and a Non-Solicitation/Non-Compete agreement to protect the Iron Compound roster.
Compensation
Structure This is a highly scalable contractor position. You will be compensated on a flat monthly rate per active client you manage. As our marketing engine scales and your roster grows, your monthly revenue scales with it—uncapped. You have the freedom to coach your own private clients outside of our ecosystem, provided there is zero cross-solicitation.
