As a Customer Success Specialist at arenaflex, you will be an integral part of our customer support team, working closely with customers to resolve their inquiries, concerns, and provide information through inbound and outbound phone calls.

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Success Specialist to join our team on a night shift schedule. As a Customer Success Specialist, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, concerns, and providing information through inbound and outbound phone calls. You will also assist customers in placing online orders, process payments securely, and proactively support customers to maintain brand reputation.

Key Responsibilities

* Assist customers in placing online orders through phone calls and ensure a seamless ordering experience

  • Provide support through phone calls, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving their concerns in a professional and timely manner
  • Process payments securely, ensuring that customer transactions are accurate and efficient
  • Proactively support customers to maintain brand reputation, identifying and escalating priority issues as needed
  • Collaborate with the team to improve customer support, maintaining and improving service quality
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products, promoting arenaflex's offerings to customers
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of arenaflex's products and services, ensuring that customers receive accurate and relevant information

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's Degree, Diploma, or equivalent in any field

  • At least 6 months of experience in customer support, with a strong background in call center operations (advantageous but not mandatory)
  • Fresh graduates with a passion for customer support are encouraged to apply
  • B2 level proficiency in English, with excellent speaking, writing, and reading skills
  • Mandarin language proficiency is a must, with excellent speaking, writing, and reading skills
  • Interpersonal skills, including customer service orientation, active listening, and ability to handle inquiries professionally

Technical Skills

* Typing speed of at least 40wpm with 90% accuracy

  • Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Office
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a fast-paced customer support environment

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and escalate priority issues
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a team environment, with a strong focus on collaboration and customer satisfaction
