Responsibilities

As an arenaflex Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via chat, phone, or email in a professional and timely manner.
  • Assisting customers with orders, returns, product inquiries, and troubleshooting.
  • Resolving customer concerns by providing solutions or escalating issues as needed.
  • Maintaining customer satisfaction by delivering top-tier service and support.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service through various communication channels (chat, phone, email).

  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer concerns.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with online tools.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required - training will be provided.
