Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Data Entry Specialist to join our remote team. As a key member of our data management team, you'll be responsible for accurately keying applications into our Affinity database. Key Responsibilities
As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Keying paper applications into the Affinity database with high accuracy and speed
- Maintaining acceptable keying speed and accuracy, adhering to arenaflex's quality standards
- Assisting the deposit room with entering in checks, stamping checks, scanning, and indexing when needed
- Assisting with cancellation requests from lenders, agents, brokers, and members
- Collaborating with management to address and suggest systematic opportunities and issues
Education and Work Experience
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A High School Diploma, with a college degree preferred
- 1-3 years of related experience in data entry or a similar field
Knowledge and Skills
To perform the job successfully, you'll need to demonstrate the following competencies:
