The Role

As an Experienced Customer Experience Concierge, you will be the face of Arenaflex, providing concierge and lifestyle services to our Card Members while ensuring a superior customer experience. You will act as a trusted advisor, creating innovative solutions to customer issues and exceeding their expectations at every turn. Your exceptional communication skills, proactive approach, and ability to listen and adapt will make you an invaluable asset to our team.

Responsibilities

* Welcome and provide access to Card Members upon arrival at reception, setting the tone for an exceptional experience.

  • Take ownership of the customer's experience from beginning to end, ensuring that every interaction is personalized and memorable.
  • Create innovative ways to resolve customers' issues or concerns, building brand loyalty and driving customer retention.
  • Employ the Customer First philosophy in meeting customers' needs and expectations, exceeding their expectations at every turn.
  • Provide concierge and lifestyle recommendations, offering expert advice on travel, dining, and entertainment.
  • Offer travel consultation and minimal reservation assistance, helping Card Members plan their next adventure.
  • Accommodate the needs of Card Members by partnering with food and beverage lounge partners, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.

Requirements

* Minimum of 1 year recent experience servicing premium customers, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.

  • Airline, lounge, or travel industry experience required, including reservation experience, with a deep understanding of the industry and its nuances.
  • Passion for servicing customers with proactive solutions, with a focus on building long-term relationships and driving customer loyalty.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to delight customers with every interaction, whether in person, over the phone, or via email.
  • Ability to listen to the customer's needs and offer confident recommendations, with a deep understanding of their preferences and expectations.
  • Exhibit professionalism and maintain a positive attitude in all interactions, with a focus on building trust and credibility with customers.
  • Ability to collaborate with colleagues in a fast-paced team environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional results and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Make quick and effective decisions in unanticipated situations, with a focus on resolving customer issues and exceeding their expectations.
  • Resourceful and capable of using the Internet effectively in a customer environment, with a focus on staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and developments.
