Strategic Operations Analyst- Ultrasound (US Remote)

As the Strategic Operations Analyst you will serve a vital role in the Ultrasound organization by analyzing and providing Data Insights to support the operational success and business goals of Philips.

Your role:

  • Align with stakeholders (Clinical Solutions Leaders, National Clinical Solutions Manager, Sr. Clinical Solutions Delivery Manager, Sr. Clinical Solutions Zone Managers, clinical team members, Marketing, Sales, and Field Service) to drive business growth, customer satisfaction, and patient safety.

  • Gather, review and analyze business and industry data, including KPIs, financial reports and other key metrics using data analytics tools. (excel, PowerBI, salesforce, etc)

  • Liaise between various business departments and groups

  • Assess options for process improvement, including business process modeling

  • Maintain documentation regarding various projects, processes and operations

You're the right fit if:

  • You have acquired 2+ years experience as a Business/Operations Data Analyst, preferably in the health tech industry.

  • Your skills include advanced to expert level experience with data analytics tools including strong experience creating dashboards in PowerBI. AND the ability to take complex data insights and present them in an effective and easy to understand formats for all stakeholder levels.

  • Bachelor's/ Master's Degree Business Administration, Project Management, Sales, Marketing or equivalent.

  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.

  • Strong project management, change management and business analysis skills AND excellent communication, influencing, relationship building, and problem-solving skills at all levels of an organization.

How we work together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

This is an in-the-field role but travel will be VERY limited.

Philips Transparency Details

The pay range for this position is $70,000.00-$140,000.00. The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.   

In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.  Employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive Philips Total Rewards benefits program, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more.  Details about our benefits can be found here. 

At Philips, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.
