Job Summary

We are seeking experienced Customer Service Representatives to work in our inbound call center in overnight shifts, providing exceptional customer service to patients and resolving their questions on the first call. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of arenaflex, and your skills and knowledge will make a significant difference in the lives of our patients.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to patients, responding to their inquiries and resolving their questions on the first call

  • Handle prescription refills, order status, and insurance coverage with accuracy and efficiency
  • Work in a fast-paced, metric environment, meeting or exceeding performance targets
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless communication and resolution of patient issues
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Adhere to arenaflex's Heart At Work Behaviors, promoting a culture of diversity, inclusion, and belonging

Essential Qualifications

* 1+ year of customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced, metric environment

  • 6+ months of high call center experience, working with Windows, Microsoft, or another application
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients and team members
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, ever-changing environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications

* 6+ months of experience handling and resolving a high volume of complex customer needs over the phone

  • Healthcare work experience and familiarity with benefits, insurance, and prescriptions
  • Experience working in a pharmacy or healthcare setting, with knowledge of medication management and patient care

Training Schedule

* Monday through Friday, 9:00 am EST to 5:00 pm EST (training schedule)

  • Schedule availability: Monday through Sunday, 9:00 pm EST to 9:00 am (an 8-hour shift will be assigned to you 5 days a week within this time frame)

Pay Range

* The typical pay range for this role is $17.02 to $27.16 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications

  • Please note that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls, and the actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location

COVID-19 Vaccination Requirement
