About the Role: Customer Service Representative - Entry Level (Virtual)

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. You'll be the face of our brand, and your interactions with customers will shape their perceptions of our company. We're looking for motivated, customer-focused individuals who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of our customers.

Key Responsibilities and Job Elements:

* Support, mentor, and motivate your hourly workforce to ensure they're equipped to deliver exceptional customer experiences

• Manage safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises to ensure our customers receive their orders on time and to their satisfaction
• Collaborate with all support teams, including Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, and Human Resources, to develop plans that meet business objectives
• Lift up to 49 pounds and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach to perform tasks safely and efficiently
• Stand/walk for up to 12 hours during shifts to ensure our customers receive their orders on time
• Work in an environment where the noise level varies and can be loud, and be able to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
• Work in an environment that's subject to variable temperatures and weather, and be able to adapt to changing conditions
• Continuously climb and descend stairs (applies to sites with stairs) to ensure our customers receive their orders on time

What We're Looking For:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

• 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
• Ability to lift up to 49 pounds and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach to perform tasks safely and efficiently
