Job Summary

As a Customer Care Associate with Arenaflex, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth delivery of packages to our customers. You will be responsible for handling phone calls, researching and resolving issues, and documenting delivery information in our tracking system. If you're a problem-solver with excellent communication skills, a strong sense of empathy, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

* Handle phone calls and respond to customer inquiries regarding package delivery, resolving issues and escalating concerns as necessary

  • Document delivery information in our tracking system, ensuring accurate and timely updates
  • Assist customers, consumers, and delivery drivers throughout the lifecycle of a package delivery
  • Partner with regional facilities to create an exceptional customer experience
  • Troubleshoot, research, and resolve issues, escalating to management as needed
  • Participate in continuous improvement efforts to drive business growth and excellence

Requirements

To succeed as a Customer Care Associate with Arenaflex, you will need:

  • The ability to multitask on a computer using multiple applications while on a phone call
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and data entry/typing skills (30 wpm, including 10-key)
  • A reliable internet connection and a Windows PC with 8GB RAM
  • The ability to pass a pre-employment background and equipment check

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following skills and experience are highly desirable:

  • Previous customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
  • Experience with CRM software and data entry systems
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
