Key Responsibilities:
As a Customer Support Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Responding to customer emails and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner (approximately 1 hour per day, 5 days a week)
- Reproducing bugs and documenting problems for our development team to address
- Reporting on customer feedback and usability concerns to help improve our product and services
- Collaborating with our team to ensure seamless customer support and a positive user experience
