Our web application, Custody X Change, empowers families to create child custody schedules and parenting plans, facilitating communication and reducing conflict. Key Responsibilities:

As a Customer Support Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer emails and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner (approximately 1 hour per day, 5 days a week)
  • Reproducing bugs and documenting problems for our development team to address
  • Reporting on customer feedback and usability concerns to help improve our product and services
  • Collaborating with our team to ensure seamless customer support and a positive user experience

  • Possesses excellent technical skills and is comfortable working with web applications
  • Is fluent in English and lives in North or South America
