Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Online Sales Specialist to join our team and drive online sales growth through strategic planning, data analysis, and execution. As an Online Sales Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for developing and executing a strategic plan to drive online sales growth, analyzing data to identify opportunities for growth and optimization, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing campaigns. Responsibilities

As an Online Sales Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing a strategic plan to drive online sales growth
  • Analyzing data to identify opportunities for growth and optimization
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing campaigns
  • Developing and managing partnerships with affiliate networks and other online sales channels
  • Monitoring and analyzing competitor activity and industry trends to inform strategy
  • Working with customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Developing and maintaining sales reports to track progress towards goals
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in online sales or ecommerce
  • A demonstrated track record of driving online sales growth
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to inform decisions
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Experience managing partnerships with affiliate networks and other online sales channels
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics and other data analysis tools
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • A reliable computer and high-speed internet connection

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be a plus:

  • Experience with CRM software and other sales tools
  • Knowledge of SEO and content marketing strategies
  • Experience working with social media platforms and other online channels
  • Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
