Full-Stack Developer (React / .NET)
recruit22 is conducting a search on behalf of a healthcare-focused organization seeking a Full-Stack Developer to join their internal technology team. This role is front-end dominant, focused on building modern, responsive user interfaces using React and TypeScript, while also contributing to backend API development using C# and .NET/.NET Core. The applications built in this role support mission-critical clinical and operational workflows and directly impact end users such as clinicians, analysts, and internal business teams. Employment Type: Full-Time Salary Range: $105,000 - $115,000 (base) Visa Sponsorship: Not available at this time Role Overview This is a hands-on development role for engineers who enjoy owning features end-to-end-from intuitive front-end experiences to well-designed, secure backend APIs. The ideal candidate is comfortable operating primarily on the front end while confidently building and maintaining RESTful APIs in a .NET ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain modern web applications using ReactJS and TypeScript
- Translate UX designs, user stories, and business requirements into intuitive, high-performance UI components
- Build reusable front-end components, patterns, and shared libraries
- Optimize applications for performance, accessibility, and responsiveness
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers, product owners, and backend engineers
- Enhance and support web and mobile-friendly applications used by clinicians and internal teams
- Participate in code reviews and champion front-end best practices
- Design and implement RESTful APIs using C# and .NET / .NET Core
- Contribute to backend business logic, validation, and service-layer development
- Integrate front-end applications with backend APIs and data services
- Assist with data modeling and database interactions (SQL-based systems)
- Ensure API performance, reliability, security, and scalability
- Support CI/CD workflows, automated testing, and deployment standards
Required Qualifications
- 2-5+ years of professional software development experience
- Strong experience with ReactJS and TypeScript in production environments
- Solid experience developing APIs using C# and .NET / .NET Core
- Strong understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript fundamentals and modern front-end patterns
- Experience integrating front-end applications with RESTful APIs
- Knowledge of object-oriented programming and layered application architecture
- Experience working with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL)
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
- Experience using version control tools (Git, TFS, or similar)
- Comfortable working in a regulated or enterprise environment
