What You’ll Do GTM Strategy & Execution: Develop and lead OFFER1’s go-to-market playbook, from positioning and messaging to multi-channel execution. Identify target audiences, design scalable acquisition funnels, and drive adoption across brokerages and agents. AI-Driven Marketing: Harness AI tools and platforms to supercharge campaign efficiency, personalization, and market intelligence. Leverage AI for content creation, lead scoring, and predictive analytics to optimize growth. Strategic Leadership: Spearhead the evolution of our brand, ensuring our narrative is bold, differentiated, and resonates in a crowded proptech space. HubSpot & CRM Mastery: Manage CRM and inbound marketing strategy to nurture leads, automate workflows, and convert engagement into long-term adoption. Demand Generation: Build and execute data-backed marketing campaigns (digital, social, video, PR, and partnerships) to create sustained awareness and inbound momentum. Analytics & Optimization: Use data to evaluate campaign performance, optimize acquisition costs, and continuously refine GTM tactics to maximize ROI. What You’ll Bring GTM Expertise: Hands-on experience building and executing go-to-market strategies in SaaS, proptech, or B2B/B2C tech environments.
