What You’ll Do
- Learn how to originate residential mortgage loans (Conventional, FHA, VA, Jumbo)
- Analyze borrower financials including income, assets, and credit
- Educate clients on loan options and guide them from pre-approval through closing
- Build relationships with real estate professionals and referral partners
- Manage loan applications using modern CRM and mortgage automation tools
- Work closely with processors, underwriters, and closers to ensure smooth closings
- Maintain compliance with federal and state mortgage regulations (training provided)

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in:
- Finance
- Business Administration
- Economics
- Accounting
- Real Estate or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Coachable, self-motivated, and goal-oriented mindset
- Comfort working in a performance-based environment
- Interest in sales, finance, and relationship building
- NMLS license required or willingness to obtain (company guidance provided) 5 week training process and pass the Safe Mortgage Loan Officer Exam
- Must pass credit and background check and meet licensing requirements
No prior mortgage experience required. We train the right candidates.
