Key Responsibilities

As a Claims Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and timely resolutions to claims customer service inquiries
  • Advising clients by telephone of the status of their claims inquiries
  • Coordinating client follow-ups with appropriate claims adjusters
  • Providing support and backup assistance to other areas of the Customer Service Center as needed
  • Demonstrating commitment to arenaflex's Code of Business Conduct and Ethics, and applying knowledge of compliance policies and procedures, standards, and laws applicable to job responsibilities in the performance of work

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Previous inbound telephonic customer service experience in a call center environment
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to problem-solve and work independently
  • Attention to detail
  • Insurance experience, knowledge of medical terminology, and working knowledge of PMA Claims Systems are a plus

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
  • Experience working in a fast-paced call center environment
  • Knowledge of claims handling procedures and regulations
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
