Responsibilities

As a Remote Live Chat Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and providing information regarding products and services through live chat
  • Resolving customer issues and complaints in a prompt and professional manner
  • Collaborating with team members to ensure consistent and high-quality customer service
  • Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records
  • Staying up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies
  • Meeting or exceeding performance goals and metrics set by the company

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

* First Response Time (FRT): Respond to customer inquiries within 30 seconds

  • Resolution Rate: Resolve customer issues within 1 hour
  • Customer Satisfaction (CSAT): Achieve a CSAT score of 90% or higher
  • Average Handling Time (AHT): Handle customer interactions within 5 minutes

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A driven and adaptable personality with a strong desire to learn and grow
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • Strong decision-making and leadership soft skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in typing and computer skills, with the ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Availability to work part-time hours, including weekends and evenings
  • A strong commitment to customer satisfaction and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences

Preferred Qualifications

* 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a live chat or call center environment

  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other productivity tools
  • Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services, or a willingness to learn
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
