Vice President of Supply Chain Management

Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Vice President of Supply Chain Management. The role involves overseeing the company’s supply chain and logistics strategy, managing demand planning, ensuring efficient materials and inventory management, and optimizing operations to meet business goals and customer needs. The Vice President will lead supply chain initiatives to improve overall efficiency, build and maintain strong supplier relationships, and develop innovative strategies for cost savings and performance improvement.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Demand Planning to forecast and align inventory with business needs and market demand.
• Strong expertise in Supply Chain Operations and Supply Chain Management, ensuring effective processes across sourcing, procurement, and delivery.
• Experience in Logistics Management to oversee transportation, distribution, and coordination of goods efficiently.
• Knowledge in Materials Management for effective inventory control, storage, and resource optimization.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to develop and lead a diverse team.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills to work with global suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Technical proficiency in supply chain management software and data analysis tools.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in supply chain leadership roles, preferably in an organization with global operations.
