Job Summary

We're seeking multiple Healthcare Data Entry Specialists to join our team in a remote capacity. As a key member of our revenue operations department, you'll be responsible for performing a variety of duties related to medical insurance collections, credits, and patient insurance coverage. If you have a strong background in data entry, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities

As a Healthcare Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for the following key duties:

• Revenue Operations: Perform duties related to medical insurance collections, credits, and patient insurance coverage, ensuring seamless processes across teams.
• Insurance Communication: Communicate with insurance payers to ensure proper insurance coverage for our patients or to ensure timely and accurate reimbursement for dialysis services rendered at our clinics.
• Payer Communication: Respond timely and accurately to payer communications, ensuring that all inquiries are addressed promptly.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other revenue operations teams to ensure seamless processes across teams, promoting a culture of open communication and collaboration.
• Process Improvement: Help identify process changes and opportunities for continuous improvements, ensuring that our processes are efficient and effective.
• Patient Support: Partner with clinics teammates, including Insurance counselors, social workers, and facility administrators, to ensure timely and accurate insurance information for our patients.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:

• Education: High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience: Minimum of six (6) months corporate office experience required.
• Revenue Cycle Experience: Previous Revenue Cycle experience is preferred but not required.
• Data Entry Experience: Data entry experience filling out online forms is essential.
• Technical Skills: Savvy in navigating through the internet and provider portals.
• Claim Accounting Knowledge: Proper claim accounting knowledge is a big plus.
• Medical Billing or Accounting Experience: Medical billing or accounting experience is a big plus.
